The Velvet Uzbek Stewardess Blazer is designed and sewn in NY and constructed from artisanal Uzbek textiles. The textile, also known as an Ikat, is hand loomed and vegetable dyed using heritage techniques from the region. It is a silky-soft flocked velvet. The fibers are 90% silk, 10% cotton. Pair with the Uzbek Silk Velvet Micro Skirt. This iridescent silk-velvet jacket features bold swirls and spectacular wooden buttons that can be rotated in any direction. A slightly fitted waist and long-line torso lends sophistication to the look. Garment is lined. Please keep in mind that pattern placement may vary somewhat across sizes. These idiosyncrasies are part of the beauty of purchasing slow-fashion and artisan-made textiles. Made in New York City Color: Red swirl Content: 90% silk, 10% cotton velvet.
