ModeSens found the unfindable. This jacket was sold out in this color and size, but somehow they located one. It took a few weeks, but ModeSens sent a couple emails a week keeping me updated. It arrived a few days ago and it's perfect. I will use ModeSens again.

I had a problem with an order but they did their best to solve it on time, product was out of stock after I placed the order, but they were able to find it somewhere else and have it delivered on time, I really value companies that care about their customers.
