The Webster is excited to welcome Oscar de la Renta to the family! From fringed dresses to oversized bows, Creative Directors Laura Kim and Fernando Garcia created a spring line-up of floral motifs and day-to-night dresses inspired by the founder’s Dominican heritage.

In their third year at the helm of the heritage brand, the design duo took to de la Renta’s roots as inspiration for their latest Spring 2020 collection. As the youngest of seven, de la Renta always maintained a strong identity to his native Dominican Republic, even becoming an Ambassador-at-Large later in his life. Kim and Garcia paid homage to de la Renta’s heritage by imbuing the collection with an air of island life and a youthful spirit that comes through with the delicate, floral embroidery and breezy silhouettes evident in the brand’s Moiré Faile Wide-Leg Jumpsuit and Lovebirds Print Maxi Dress.
