Largely inspired by Generation Y– people born between 1980 and 2000 – the trend brings a modern touch to the dressing room with oversized puffer jackets, slogan baseball caps, leather leggings and customised perfecto jackets. Brilliant for many, but difficult to define for others, an entirely new generation that feeds on social media and the Tumblr culture is bringing a fresh approach to fashion with its very own self-constructed style. Taking its influences from all over, with no hesitation in mixing hip hop and underground culture, Millennials are infiltrating gangs and breaking down the boundaries surrounding luxury.
