Andy Henson and Brent Gold began working together on Henson in 2009 out of a small studio in Bondi Beach, Sydney. Defining their notion of beauty as something untraditional and unconstrained, Henson often leave traces of themselves in their creations, cultivating an aesthetic that is organic, raw, and highly conceptual. At the core of their craft is the handmade philosophy. Chains are hand-rolled while silver is hand-carved, beaten and worked into shape. Each piece acquires a patina that gives it a sense of timelessness and the feel of having passed through human hands.
