Found in 1950 in a small town in Veneto, Edoardo Caovilla’s shoe factory turned couture when his son Rene’ Fernando took the reins, combining the craftsmanship passed down from his father with a unique and innovative touch of his own, and began experimenting with precious materials and stones for his shoes. Rene’ works with the leading fashion houses in haute couture such as Valentino, Christian Dior and Chanel, and continues to create fabulous footwear.
