This Phlox wristlet is versatile and striking created for Autumn/ Winter 2018 in a new collaboration between Liberty London and rising British star designer Richard Quinn. The Phlox print is drawn from an archival Liberty London design from 1968, featuring a scattered layout of penstemon, phlox and Busy Lizzies in candy-bright tones. It was originally chosen by Richard Quinn in its original colourway, and also featured in his capsule collection created for Sarahs List at Liberty. Phlox features on this wristlet in an all-over design, finished with the word Liberty spelled out in a printed cursive script. The interior features a branded Richard Quinn + Liberty London patch. Style it alone as a mini clutch bag, or slip it into a matching Phlox Merton Tote Bag to keep valuables safe and secure. Richard Quinn brings his signature sense of rebellious fun to this new collaboration with Liberty London. Even since before his debut catwalk show (held within our hallowed timber halls in 2017), the designer has played with a subversive, ultra-modern take on classic Liberty prints. Quinns use of contrast and juxtaposition is brought to the fore in the new collection, offering blown-up ditsy prints and florals with an injection of the designers acidically experimental style.
