This revival of Okhtein’s debut bag is handmade by skilled leather and brass artisans. Inspired by the Fatimid Dynasty mixing with Egypt's Nubian side, the Aziza, meaning "Dearest" in Arabic- best describes the streets and mosques of Old Cairo, built by the Fatimids and the graceful Nubian woman. Each bag has intricate details of Islamic artworks, representative of the Era. It also has the Nubian nose ring which has been part of their culture to represent a woman's strength. The bag is Plexi (plastic) mixed with brass metal Gold plated with calf skin border and custom-made hardware. It has outer and inner calfskin linings. It comes with a removable metal strap and could be worn as a cross body and clutch.
