What it is: An eyeliner that captures the intensity of a liquid liner in a richly pigmented automatic pencil.What it does: This silky formula glides on and stays put all day. The pencil never needs sharpening and it features a smudge-tip on the opposite end to help you smoke out your eyes. How to use: Swivel up only 1/8-inch (the pencil does not retract to avoid exposing the formula to the drying effects of the air). Line your eyes. Use the tool on the opposite end to gently smudge color to reach your desired effect. Allow to set for 60 seconds to ensure transfer-resistance. Recap securely.
