What it is: A sheer liquid highlighter that blends seamlessly into the skin for a touch of glow. What it does: The liquid highlighter can be worn on its own for a natural glow without coverage, or blended into Prime Skin Tinted Multi-Primer (sold separately) for added luminosity all over the face. It can also be added to your favorite body cream for a subtle, soft glow. How to use: Using the Base Brush (sold separately), mix one pump into your Prime Skin Tinted Multi-Primer (sold separately) and apply all over the face, blending in circular motion. When applying after foundation, use the Blender Brush to apply on the cheekbones, brow bone and décolletage for a more focused highlight. 1 oz. Made in the USA
