Craftsmanship runs in the family for Michaela Buerger – the Austrian designer was taught how to knit by her mother in her youth. Honing her skill further with Raf Simons at the University of Applied Arts Vienna, Buerger now heads up her own label in France, where she champions traditional techniques through a contemporary lens.
