Renowned for producing glasses and sun glasses with a timeless sense of style and almost unparalleled level of quality, have become something of a New York institution. Established by Hyman Moscot in 1915, these eyewear specialists have remained a family-owned operation since Hyman first peddled his wares around the Lower East Side from a pushcart over a century ago. One of the original Moscot styles, the Miltzen also has one of the most gilded histories, having been the frame of choice for Andy Warhol, John Lennon, Harry Truman, and Gandhi to name but a few. Constructed from layered acetate with figure of eight diamond rivets at the front and temples, it has a key hole bridge and holds G15 tinted lenses.
