For AW14, Nigel Cabourn has returned to the heroic era of Antarctic exploration that has influenced much of its work, celebrating artisanal British crafts with a selection of new designs and basic pieces built with hand -selected fabrics and developed exclusively. A recreation of the coat that Sir Edmund Hillary used in his expeditions to Antarctica and Everest, Everest Parka is made of L34 Ventile, a British fabric originally developed for the RAF, which is woven with the best long fiber cotton in a fabric Incredibly dense. Fabric, which makes it extremely outdoors but breathable. The coat is hand stuffed with goose down of the highest quality, while the neck is lined with thick sheep skin and the hood is adorned with genuine coyote skin. The parka closes with a riri zipper with military specifications, covered with a flap for storms, which is fasted with real horn buttons. A truly uncompromising shelter garment, proudly manufactured in England.
