With the FIBA World Cup in full swing, offers another pair to commemorate the international tournament. This time using the ever-popular Jordan IV, in celebration of its 30th anniversary, the sportswear brand showcases the global inspiration in a subtle manner, with if-you-know patterning – made up of elements from the countries’ flags – replacing the usual mesh to the sidewall and lower tongue. Also changed is the interior tongue patch, now reading “For the love of the game”, but the rest of the sneaker follows the usual Jordan IV form; with iconic supportive wings flanking a tumbled red leather upper and an exposed-Air midsole sat underfoot. Accented with hits of obsidian blue throughout, the ever-present Jumpman branding to the reverse is gilded to complete the tournament-themed aesthetic.
