NIKECRAFT is the ongoing collaboration between designer Tom Sachs and Nike. Sachs worked with Nike’s senior design director for apparel special projects, to refine the idea of a belt bag fitted with a quick-deploy poncho that could be quickly unpacked and packed. Dubbed the Exploding Poncho, this piece of technical outerwear features Dyneema®️ fabrics, a magnetic Fidlock buckle, a pair of nylon ripcords, a drawstring toggle hood, printed branding to the back and an American flag printed to the right sleeve.
