Based on the Omne Air, the Lite iteration by poc is lighter and more ventilated for extra comfort in high-pressure situations. Don't worry, though, it's complete with the trusted comfort and protection of the original Omne shell, which is finished with ventilation exhausts that improve airflow throughout the helmet.
