This is the fifth batch of the 36mm black dial Everest with oyster bracelet tapering from 20mm to 16mm and new clasp. This is the gilt dial version with gilt minute track, logo and Everest. All other details are identical to the Smiths Everest 36mm black dial The movement has been changed to the Miyota 9039 which is identical to the 9015 except it doesn't have a "ghost" date position on the stem.
