As you can tell by the quantity listed , I  have multiple pairs in this size. It is possible you will not get the same exact pair that is shown in the pictures. However, you will get an authentic  pait in the size listed. Some of the boxes have minor deficiencies on them, such as scratches or little tears. Some of the boxes have alternate box labels.  A picture will be posted showing the difference between the different box labels. .They are both authentic. Sometimes UGG just ships them with different box labels and different style boxes. It  is more than likely due to original box deficiencies or relabiling because the original label was messed up. If you have any other specific concerns, please let me know and I can send you pictures in a dm. Some of the boxes may be missing the cardboard divider that separates the shoes inside of the box. Again, All of these are authentic, and sometimes UGG and other retailers shipp  them missing box separators, or even cardboard inserts for the shoes.
