Nicky Zimmermann's Spring '18 collection is a love letter to Australia's Gold Coast - she pored over photographs of the sunny seaside strip taken in the '60s and '70s. Worn on the runway and in the accompanying ad campaign by Frederikke Sofie, this 'Golden Surfer' mini dress is asymmetrically cut from panels of plissé-voile decorated with contrasting floral prints. It's spliced at the waist to show a glimpse of newly sun-kissed skin.
