ModeSens Return Policy
ModeSens works with various retail partners and the return policy varies per product and depending on the partner. You can view a product's return policy directly on the merchant partner’s website.
Return requirements may vary by store. In general, items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with their original tags. We recommend that you return items in their original packaging to ensure the necessary protection when in transit:
Footwear and accessories must be returned in the original boxes provided.
If the item comes with a security tag this must be left on.
If the security tag is removed then the returned item will not comply with the return policy and will not be refunded.
Hosiery must be returned in its unopened packages and lingerie/swimwear must only be tried on over your own lingerie garments.
Please refer to the partner store's return policy and return instruction. You can find this information at the partner store’s website from which your order was placed. Once your order is confirmed you can find the store fulfilling your order in the order portal.
We have a 14 day return window after delivery for orders placed through the ModeSens Premium Shopping Assistant Service. Items marked as final sale may not be returned. Return requests made after 14 days will be handled on a case by case basis as some of our partner stores offer extended return policies. We strongly recommend that you submit your return request on modesens.com as soon as possible to avoid any delay in processing.
Simply log into the order portal to submit a return request.
Under 'My Orders', find and click on the order you would like to return.
Simply click “Request Return” next to the items you wish to return.
Once your return is approved, you will receive a return confirmation email with instructions on how to return the item(s); including postage labels if necessary. We will send an email confirmation once your return has been received by our partner store.
Once your return is received and approved by the partner store, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. It can take up to 10 business days for your refund to be issued, depending on your bank or credit card. ModeSens does not withhold any fees on the refund and you will be credited the total amount refunded by the partner store. Depending on the store, certain fees like return shipping or restocking may be deducted from the refund by the store.
