Terms & conditions

1. How to Enter

Begins August 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM ET and ends August 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET. Log in to your ModeSens account and redeem points for prize draw entries on the prize draw page. Multiple entries allowed. Entries are non-transferable.
Automated entries are prohibited. Any entrant who creates accounts fraudulently or uses automated means to gain entries will be disqualified at ModeSens's sole discretion.

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of ModeSens and The RealReal, their affiliates, immediate family members, and individuals living in the same household are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
Prize Eligibility: The RealReal Gift Card prize may only be awarded to legal residents of the United States. If a selected winner is not a legal resident of the United States, that individual will instead receive the cash equivalent of the prize in the form of $1,000 USD in ModeSens credit, and an additional drawing will be conducted until an eligible U.S. resident is selected to receive the The RealReal Gift Card.

3. Winner selection

One winner will be selected at random after the prize draw period closes. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received. Winner selection is final.

4. Winner notification

Winner will be contacted via the email address associated with their ModeSens account within 7 business days of the drawing date. ModeSens is not responsible for undelivered or misdirected notifications.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive: $1,000 USD online gift card. Prize is non-transferable and has no cash value. Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes.

6. Limitation of liability

ModeSens is not responsible for technical failures or any issues beyond its reasonable control. ModeSens reserves the right to cancel or modify the prize draw at any time.

7. Privacy

By entering, participants agree that ModeSens may collect and use their personal information to administer the prize draw, in accordance with the ModeSens Privacy Policy at https://modesens.com/privacy/.

8. Governing law

These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall take place in Travis County, Texas.
