Terms & conditions

1. How to Enter

Begins September 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM UTC and ends September 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM UTC. Log in to your ModeSens account and redeem points for prize draw entries on the prize draw page. Multiple entries allowed. Entries are non-transferable.
Automated entries are prohibited. Any entrant who creates accounts fraudulently or uses automated means to gain entries will be disqualified at ModeSens's sole discretion.

2. Eligibility

The Prize Draw is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of ModeSens and Mytheresa, their affiliates, immediate family members, and individuals living in the same household are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
Prize Eligibility: The Mytheresa Gift Card may only be awarded to a winner who is verified by Mytheresa as a new Mytheresa customer.
Before prize fulfillment, the selected winner's new-customer eligibility will be verified with Mytheresa. If the selected winner cannot be verified as a new Mytheresa customer, an additional drawing will be conducted until an eligible winner is selected.

3. Winner selection

One (1) winner will be selected at random after the Prize Draw period closes. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received.
If the selected winner does not meet the Prize Eligibility requirements above, an additional drawing will be conducted until an eligible winner is selected.

4. Winner notification

The selected winner will be contacted via the email address associated with their ModeSens account within 7 business days of the drawing date.
ModeSens is not responsible for undelivered or misdirected notifications.

5. Prize

One (1) eligible winner will receive a Mytheresa online gift card with a value equivalent to $1,000 USD.
For a winner in the United States, ModeSens will purchase a $1,000 USD Mytheresa Gift Card on the winner’s behalf. For a winner outside the United States, ModeSens will purchase a Mytheresa Gift Card in the applicable currency and destination country, with a value equivalent to $1,000 USD, subject to availability and Mytheresa’s applicable gift card options. The Gift Card may only be used in that currency and destination country.
The Mytheresa Gift Card will be purchased directly through Mytheresa by ModeSens on behalf of the winner and will be subject to Mytheresa’s applicable gift card terms and conditions, including any applicable country, currency, redemption, expiration, or usage restrictions.
The winner must provide any information reasonably required by ModeSens to complete the gift card purchase.
The Mytheresa Gift Card is valid for three (3) years from the date of purchase or issuance, subject to applicable local statutory minimums and Mytheresa’s applicable gift card terms. Any remaining balance will remain valid until the original expiration date. The Gift Card may be used toward physical items but may not be used to purchase additional gift cards.
The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. The winner is responsible for all applicable taxes.

6. Limitation of liability

ModeSens is not responsible for technical failures or any issues beyond its reasonable control. ModeSens reserves the right to cancel or modify the prize draw at any time.

7. Governing law

These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall take place in Travis County, Texas.

This prize draw is subject to the ModeSens Rewards Terms & Conditions.
The Mytheresa Gift Card is also subject to Mytheresa's applicable Gift Card Terms and Conditions .
