This company, and the design line Auraelis Couture LLC, can only be described as online fraud. They initiate a "pre-order" process for a gown, and do not deliver. Their office and communications may respond in a timely manner, but it is only to placate the fact that nothing is in production. I ordered a dress 3 months before my event date. Maintained regular check-ins with the "customer service office" to ensure things were on track. I was given every assurance there were no issues or delays. In fact, communications from the company continued to assure everything was well-in-hand, production pace was steady and delivery would happen on time. When the 8 week delivery date was missed, the language was "we are expediting". Still nothing. A week past THEIR final 10 week deadline, I received this... "We understand the sense of urgency and regret the inconvenience this has caused you. This is why we have escalated this concern to our Management for an immediate review and resolution. We have also taken the necessary action to expedite this order. We have received an acknowledgement on this request and is only awaiting the tracking details. While we wait, I would also like to have a back-up resolution for you. Indicated in the below photos are the dresses we can ship to you overnight/express."   Why would I need a backup if you are awaiting tracking details and this is on its way out? Moreover, why would I give you anymore money when it is abundantly clear the initial thousands of dollars does not secure me my purchased product?   For days I received no follow-up communication from anyone tied to this business. NOTE: Their entire product is manufacturing dresses for big events. I never received product. I never received the truth about what happened to productivity. I was lied to up to, and even past, my deadline; which was another 3 weeks following their 10 wk deadline. I still have not received the promised full refund  and we are weeks past the written commitment to reimburse. I have initiated fraud report through my credit card company to get my money back through that channel.

I am extremely disappointed with District 5 Boutique. I ordered a dress in June 2023, expecting delivery within six weeks as promised. However, they failed to deliver on time. I requested a refund, but as of now—more than a year later—I still have not received my 11,000 SAR (approximately 2,950 USD).  My ordr ID was 19514. This lack of accountability and poor customer service is completely unacceptable. I strongly urge others to reconsider before shopping here. 

This dress exceeded my expectations! It’s  exactly what I needed for my wardrobe. The support team was incredibly responsive and made the whole process so smooth. I’m beyond satisfied and can’t wait to shop here again!

I bought a dress many years ago from a 3rd party vendor. There was no information that the dress was not returnable. The dress did not fit and I was given a store credit. (Not that helpful given I do not need formal wear that often). I was assured the credit was good forever. I just went to use it and was told that their policy has changed and the credit is only good for one year. Basically, they created their own rules and have stolen $500 from me. Look on line carefully, there are stories all over the internet about this. Apparently I got off easy, I see people who have lost $1000's of dollars. Just but the dress someway else. That don't have anything that isn't available else wear.

I made a huge mistake when i decided to order my dress almost 1 year ago.  The dress was shipped about 3 months later and it was horrible! I paid almost $3,000  for the dress that was made in someone garage! it was dirty, had a very bad smell and it was all covered with hair....  I returned dress same day as I received it.  The compan refused to refund me based on the policy.  And there it was started...  I rdered andother dress, it was never confirmed or processed, than I placed another order, same result with some very vogue excuse: the designer can not confirm the order and not responding.  Up until now, they still have my money and there is nothing that  can do  as I dont really want to order anything that needed to be placed in 4-5 months, and whatever they have in stock - its all returned dresses, including the one that I ordered and returned.  Stay away from this company.  You will never get anything but terrible experience and you will just loose your money.

I recently purchased a gown from District 5 Boutique in New Jersey, and I couldn't be happier! The gown fits perfectly and is just right for my special occasion. The staff were so customer-friendly, making my shopping experience truly satisfying. I'm thrilled and can't wait to wear it.

The level of service was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I felt like a princess on my special day. The gown fit like a dream and made me feel incredibly beautiful.

Awful experience multiple times. I have tried to order from this store multiple times. Twice, I was told several weeks after I placed my order that they cannot produce the dress. Then they refuse to refund the money even though they are the ones cancelling the order. Once, I placed an order and was told it can be done in a specific color and then was told 5 weeks later (!) That it cannot be. They have terrible communication, don't respond in a timely manner, and then steal your money by cancelling your order and refusing to refund it. I would not recommend 

I recently made the mistake of shopping with this designer dress company and it was a disaster. I paid $1000 for a dress, but they sent me the wrong one and refused to issue a refund within their stated 10-day return policy when I returned it. To make matters worse, they charged my credit card for a product I did not authorize. When I contacted the company to try to resolve the issue, they were unresponsive and uncooperative. I was extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received from this company. They showed no regard for their customers and were completely unwilling to make things right when they made a mistake. I would strongly advise against shopping with this company. There are much better options out there that will treat you with respect and integrity.
