Everytime I go to a Nordstrom store I am blown away by their customer service. Someone is always around and very knowledgeable when I have questions about sizes or fits whether its about shoes, jeans, dresses or anything else. That being said I think they have transfered that customer care to their website. I love how I can buy a few things in a month and then pay my nordstrom card bill online. They also do a great job of responding to emails and live chat. As far as shipping goes it was free for standard shipping which takes about 5 days and I can always track my order online.
