Maxi dress Jean Paul Gaultier vintage collection first line ""classic Paris/Made in Italy"" in 95% rayon/5% other fibers in dark green color. Condition/Size ? Gorgeous dark pine green color that can give the illusion of matte black! Two-part ""maxi"" size dress made with a rayon fabric, a material from the viscose family which is a semi-natural material called ""artificial silk"", ideal for the spring/summer seasons because it does not keep not heat, smoothes easily, it is breathable thanks to its fiber, soft and absorbent material, it is bright and light to wear therefore often used for drapes but also anti-odor, natural antibacterial. Model reminiscent of Greek draped dresses or ancient civilizations, design with gathered straps with 3 levels of integrated elasticated bands for the elaboration of the bustier part: an armpit border band, an underbust band and a high waist band . The result is superb because the gathers that emerge from each level form multiple vertical folds that meet on these different levels, a sculptural visual is therefore created, a well-curved bust. The lower part widens the further down you go, a charming width of fabric, a slightly weighty fabric which allows it to maintain a certain hold. The shoulder cover is not an added accessory because it is an element of the dress in its own right, as proof the jpg signature link is above. The shoulder cover allows you to obtain beautiful long drop-shaped sleeves at the bottom and an elasticated finish at the cuffs which gives a superb folding effect, the back is nicely decorated with openwork areas and the front is ventilated so that you can enjoy of the elegance of the straps gathered on the skin. The entire bottom edge is topstitched with a small hem. ? Excellent vintage condition because dress used once for a ceremony and stored for a long time. As a reminder, artisanal and non-industrial creation, micro-irregularities or protruding threads may appear. The topstitched bottom edge with small hem is less new (photo) the elasticity of the fabric and the elastics integrated everywhere are as at the beginning and therefore perfectly effective but the elastic on one wrist is a little tighter (photo). The elastic on the straps is not perfectly straight but it is original and contributes to the gathered effect. There are two or three micro fiber enlargements (photos). Possibility of a trace that I would not have detected. Washed, ironed, non-smoking house so no odor except that of organic laundry detergent. ?
